Dominion REIT Properties requires retail investors to invest through an approved Investment Dealer or Exempt Market Dealer (EMD). Dealer representatives assist in completing the subscription agreements and discuss the suitability of Dominion REIT Properties for each investor’s overall portfolio.

Dominion REIT Properties accepts new investors monthly (12 share issuances per year). Open (cash) investors simply complete the Subscription Agreement after reviewing the most recent Offering Memorandum. Registered investors have a few extra steps as funds must come via custodian / trust companies.
1. Investment Review
Review the Offering Memorandum and Executive Summary associated to this Investment.
3. Banking & Other Info
Fill out the Pre-Authorization Forms associated with fund deposits.

2. Form Execution
Fill out the Subscription Agreement and Risk Acknowledgement Forms.

4. Registered Accounts
We accept Registered funds from numerous trustees. Please contact us for details on forms required.
